Allah (SWT) asks us in the Qur’an:
مَّن ذَا الَّذِي يُقْرِضُ اللَّهَ قَرْضًا حَسَنًا فَيُضَاعِفَهُ لَهُ وَلَهُ أَجْرٌ كَرِيمٌ
“Who is it that would loan Allah a goodly loan so He will multiply it for him and he will have a noble reward?”
[Surah Al-Hadid Verse 11]
Become ambassadors of change this Ramadan, and respond to Allah’s question by giving Qardan Hasanan.
The conditions for a charity to be considered a ‘goodly loan’ are:
It’s given from lawful and pure wealth
It’s given happily to seek the approval of Allah
It’s given with sincerity without hurt or reminders
Allah’s promise is that such a charity will not result in a loss, rather it will be of great reward and benefit.
A goodly loan is one that will definitely be returned to us!
Wouldn’t you want to give such a loan?
“The Prophet (ﷺ) was the most generous of all the people,
and he used to become more generous in Ramadan when Jibreel met him.
Jibreel used to meet him every night during Ramadan to revise
the Qur’an with him. Allah’s Messenger (ﷺ) then used to be
more generous than the fast wind.”
[Sahih al-Bukhari 3554]
Indeed, those men and women who give in charity and lend to Allah a good loan will have it multiplied for them, and they will have an honorable reward.(57:18).
Respond to Allah’s generous offer this Ramadan seeking unimaginable rewards! Invest your sadaqat where they will multiply through many generations to come!
Those who spend their wealth in charity day and night, secretly and openly, their reward is with their Lord, and there will be no fear for them, nor will they grieve. (2:274)
