  • For Dua and Tajweed retest this form will not be applicable
  • Student is required to pay $5/- Sadaqah for each retest attempted
  • This amount is non-refundable
  • Sadqah is applicable after Juz 4
  • if you are signing up for retest Juz 1-3 do not  sign up on this sheet, we have a separate one on  portal for Juz 1-3
